MLK Memorial Dedication and REDEEM THE DREAM Roundtable Rescheduled

1 Kings 19: 11-12… “Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord. And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake: and after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire, a still small voice…”
Hope to see you in Washington, DC on October 15, 2011 for the REDEEM THE DREAM Roundtable discussion at Family Research Council. The MLK Memorial Dedication is the next day. For those who don’t believe in judgment or signs from God, I’m not talking to you today. But in case you do, I pray that we are all listening for that still small voice. Sometimes, God allows earthquakes and hurricanes and fires to get out attention. Then, HE speaks if we will listen. I’m not sure what will happen during this time slated for the dedication that the earthquake and wind delayed… But I’ll be listening… will you?
Psalm 42:3 – Lord, how long shall the wicked triumph?
Once, my Uncle Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. asked the question and gave the answer in one breath… “How long?” was his question. “Not long,” was his reply. In those days, in the 20th Century, in the fight for freedom from oppression from the tyranny of racism due to skin color, Uncle M. L. (as we called him in the family) prayed to God for speedy deliverance. I often wonder how he would have prayed for the end of abortion if he were here today. I have written many articles about Uncle M. L.’s prolife stance, and they are available at and other places online. I believe he would be praying with us today, and thanking God for our progress. Indeed, the tide is truly turning in favor of life. Let us pray together, that God will guide, bless and prosper our journey. God bless each of you!

The new movie “180,” with its “power of truth” is turning out to be an abortionist’s worst nightmare.

The intensely stunning new production from author, evangelist and street preacher Ray Comfort has drawn more than 600,000 views in just a few days, and hundreds more are purchasing a copy for their home.

And the reactions have been flooding in.

Keep in mind that this isn’t a one-minute humorous clip that doesn’t bite into your day. This is a commitment of 33 minutes of intense film, giving the viewer a rollercoaster ride of emotion.!

  2. Dr. Randy Short says:

The time and street address for the redeem the dream event really needs to be in the announcement.
