NEW YORK — Bryan Kemper, Priests for Life Youth Outreach Director of founder of Stand True Pro-Life Outreach, is calling on Sen. Mark Kirk (R – Illinois) to continue his fight against human trafficking by voting to defund Planned Parenthood.

Sen. Kirk is one of the Republican senators who has not committed to voting in favor of S. 1881 on Monday. The bill would strip the nation’s largest abortion provider of all federal funding.

“When I met Sen. Kirk on a plane in May 2014, I was wearing a pro-life t-shirt and the senator told me he was pro-choice but passionate about ending human trafficking,” Kemper said. “With the bill to defund Planned Parenthood, the senator has a chance to take a stand for the dignity of all human life, including the tiniest humans whose body parts are being trafficked all over the country, for profit.

“I am appealing to Sen. Kirk to use his crucial vote on Monday to defund Planned Parenthood.”

Father Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life and author of the new book Abolishing Abortion, added:

“We have called on all of our supporters, and everyone who supports the sanctity of human life, to be in touch with their senators before Monday to voice support for this bill. Sen. Kirk’s vote is important and I hope he will make the connection that Bryan Kemper has articulated: Human trafficking includes the illegal sale of human body parts.”

Why doesn’t someone in the conservative media show Planned Parenthood for what they are? Margaret Sanger would be convicted of hate crimes if she were alive today. (She didn’t die until 1966). She founded PP to extinguish the black race, among other things. She spoke at more than 12 KKK rallies. 80% of these butcher shops are in minority neighborhoods. This has to be brought to light. My God, this is much worse than the Confederate flag. And here’s our country, while trying to eliminate prejudice, giving $500 million a year to PP. If the black population knew these facts they would be outraged, and rightfully so. Someone has to take the lead on this.

This weekend I was in a heated argument over planned parenthood and all the abortion issues. I was surprised to hear people defending Planned Parenthood and saying they do much good for poor women. I was caught off guard and did not know how to respond to these comments: For instance, I was told not every Planned Parenthood clinic offers abortions; That they are not a profit company; that they do not target minority areas; and they are a charity that seeks to educate the women.
Lastly, in our debate, everytime they agreed with the fact that he unborn is a human, they immediately went to saying the woman has a right to choose. I know this is not new for you, but to me I was overwhelemed with not knowing how to defend with clear wording.
Any facts or links to support the evidence about Planned Parenthood would be helpful. Thank you.
