Fr. Denis Wilde, OSA spent several days in Macon, GA - preaching on 50th anniversary of watershed document Humanae vitae by Pope Paul V about openness to new life (against contraception which paved the way to legalized abortion).
He preached about this locally in Philadelphia parishes. The contraceptive-abortion connection is compelling and deserves the uncovering explanation our parishioners deserve to know as it is a grave violation.
In addition he has been preaching on the gospel responsibility to find out and elect pro-life, God-fearing, citizen-defending government legislators. Both in primaries w local and federal consequences.
Finally he gave a piano concert in conjunction w the Kolbe Center (educational and mother-child protective center in Macon) for their annual fundraiser.
